    Developing world should make use of opportunities available for improving agroecosystem, integrated health care, farm-eco-health tourism, availability of human resources at a relatively low cost , utilization of employment potential to empower the population who are currently denied most of the basic needs. The funds which are available at low rate in developed nations and also available with the rich can be effectively utilized to create a win win situation to all . There is a possibility of converting existing villages, townships with all their problems to climate smart, eco friendly, self sustainable, socially acceptable and more profitable cosmopolitan townships and villages providing better living conditions and satisfaction to the society. The opportunities provided by science &technology should be effectively utilized to achieve the desired results.
