DEMANDE DE MANIFESTATION D’INT\u00c9R\u00caT POUR LA R\u00c9ALISATION D’UNE \u00c9TUDE DE BASE SUR LA TRANSFORMATION DU SYST\u00c8ME ALIMENTAIRE AFRICAIN EN VUE DE SA DURABILIT\u00c9 (TAFS) – \u00ab\u00a0MY FOOD IS AFRICAN\u00a0\u00bb (MA NOURRITURE EST AFRICAINE)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Introduction :<\/strong><\/p>\n

L’Alliance pour la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire en Afrique (AFSA), avec le soutien de l’Agence su\u00e9doise de coop\u00e9ration internationale au d\u00e9veloppement (SIDA), doit entreprendre un \u00e9tat des lieux pour un projet de trois ans intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Transformer le syst\u00e8me alimentaire africain pour le rendre durable\u00a0\u00bb (TAFS) – \u00ab\u00a0Mon alimentation est africaine\u00a0\u00bb. Ce projet vise \u00e0 inciter les citoyens africains \u00e0 exiger et \u00e0 consommer des aliments sains et culturellement appropri\u00e9s, soutenus par des politiques favorables d’ici 2026. <\/p>\n

Appel \u00e0 propositions :<\/strong><\/p>\n

L’AFSA lance un appel d’offres sous pli ferm\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9alisation de l’\u00e9tude de base du projet TAFS. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette demande, le soumissionnaire doit envoyer un courriel:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Une lettre (1-2 pages) exprimant votre int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/li>\n
  2. Une br\u00e8ve r\u00e9flexion (2-4 pages) sur la compr\u00e9hension technique propos\u00e9e de la mission, la m\u00e9thodologie, le calendrier et le budget.<\/li>\n
  3. Un profil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l’entreprise ou de la personne, des preuves de travaux ant\u00e9rieurs et le(s) CV(s).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Proc\u00e9dure d’appel d’offres :<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Les consultants \u00e9ligibles (firme\/individu) sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 soumettre des propositions techniques et financi\u00e8res pour entreprendre ce travail. Les documents d’appel d’offres techniques et financiers doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9s par courriel \u00e0 afsa@afsafrica.org<\/a> avant 17h00 (heure de l’Afrique de l’Est) le (11<\/sup> f\u00e9vrier 2024). Le courriel doit indiquer \u00ab\u00a0AFSA-TAFS_ Baseline Study \u00ab\u00a0<\/strong> dans la ligne d’objet. <\/p>\n

    Les candidats seront inform\u00e9s des r\u00e9sultats de la proc\u00e9dure d’appel d’offres dans les 14 jours suivant la date limite de d\u00e9p\u00f4t des candidatures.<\/p>\n
