Appel \u00e0 propositions :<\/strong><\/p>\n L’AFSA lance un appel d’offres sous pli ferm\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9alisation des travaux. En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette demande, le soumissionnaire doit envoyer un courriel:<\/strong><\/p>\n Proc\u00e9dure d’appel d’offres :<\/strong><\/p>\n Les consultants \u00e9ligibles (firme\/individu) sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 soumettre des propositions techniques et financi\u00e8res pour entreprendre ce travail. Les documents techniques et financiers doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9s par courriel \u00e0 afsa@afsafrica.org<\/a> au plus tard \u00e0 17h00 (heure de l’Afrique de l’Est) le(12<\/sup> juillet 2024<\/strong>).
