Sur les plateaux du sud du B\u00e9nin et du Togo, les sols sont proches de l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement. La plupart des petits exploitants n&rsquo;ont qu&rsquo;un acc\u00e8s limit\u00e9 aux engrais, mais m\u00eame ceux qui y ont acc\u00e8s n&rsquo;en retirent que des avantages minimes en raison de la
