Avec le soutien de SWEDBIO, l’Alliance pour la souverainet\u00e9 alimentaire en Afrique (AFSA) et d’autres acteurs du mouvement agro\u00e9cologique africain mettent en \u0153uvre un projet visant \u00e0 faciliter la transition vers l’agro\u00e9cologie par une forte reconnaissance et un soutien public aux pratiques agro\u00e9cologiques innovantes et aux march\u00e9s territoriaux pour des syst\u00e8mes alimentaires durables et des moyens de subsistance am\u00e9lior\u00e9s.<\/p>\n

\u00c0 cette fin, l’AFSA lance un appel d’offres scell\u00e9 pour la r\u00e9alisation d’une \u00e9tude sur les march\u00e9s territoriaux africains.<\/p>\n

En r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 cette demande, le soumissionnaire doit envoyer par courrier \u00e9lectronique :<\/p>\n

  1. Une lettre (1 page) d’un repr\u00e9sentant de l’entreprise\/du particulier exprimant son int\u00e9r\u00eat.<\/li>\n
  2. Br\u00e8ve r\u00e9flexion (1-2 pages) sur la compr\u00e9hension des termes de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, de la m\u00e9thodologie propos\u00e9e, du calendrier et du budget.<\/li>\n
  3. Profil g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et historique de l’entreprise\/de l’individu et CV \/ d\u00e9claration de capacit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Proc\u00e9dure d’appel d’offres<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Les consultants \u00e9ligibles sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 soumettre des propositions techniques et financi\u00e8res pour entreprendre ce travail. Les documents techniques et financiers doivent \u00eatre envoy\u00e9s par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 afsa@afsafrica.org<\/a> avant 17 heures, heure de l’Afrique de l’Est, le24<\/sup> \/09 \/2021). <\/p>\n

    Le courriel doit indiquer \u00ab\u00a0Appel d’offres pour les march\u00e9s territoriaux africains\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> dans la ligne d’objet.<\/p>\n

    Les candidats seront inform\u00e9s des r\u00e9sultats de la proc\u00e9dure d’appel d’offres dans les 14 jours suivant la date limite de d\u00e9p\u00f4t des candidatures.<\/p>\n
