De la viande contamin\u00e9e aux OGM en passant par le lait toxique pour b\u00e9b\u00e9s, les dangers de la production alimentaire industrielle pour la sant\u00e9 des populations sont bien r\u00e9els. Nous pr\u00e9sentons ici sept cas qui r\u00e9v\u00e8lent comment les grandes entreprises alimentaires g\u00e9n\u00e8rent de nouveaux risques, augmentent le potentiel de contamination transfrontali\u00e8re et rendent les consommateurs vuln\u00e9rables aux actions frauduleuses qui affectent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.  <\/p>\n<p>Les petits exploitants agricoles fournissent depuis longtemps aux Africains des aliments sains et s\u00fbrs, ce qui fait que les r\u00e9gimes alimentaires de l&rsquo;Afrique sont parmi les plus sains de la plan\u00e8te. Ces produits, qui vont de la viande avari\u00e9e aux OGM et au lait dangereux, augmentent le risque de contamination et exposent les consommateurs \u00e0 des violations de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">GRAIN et AFSA ont rassembl\u00e9 dans la brochure suivante des exemples provenant de tout le continent africain qui illustrent les risques du syst\u00e8me alimentaire industriel tout en d\u00e9montrant la r\u00e9sistance qui se met en place.
